Since getting an E-cig I am slowly replacing more and more of my regular cigarettes with the E-cig. I believe that I will be smoke-free in a few more weeks. I never thought THAT could happen. Well I don’t know I think you have to manage how you determine if it is true, manage how you feel, and make a good decision. I do agree that ending the relationship is usually the best course of action although some people don’t feel that they are able to.
