A friend of mine found out he had a son about 7 years ago and when he acquired a replica of his sons birth certificate for travel causes, he discovered that his name was on the birth certificate already. And spelled flawed at that! His son was born in 1997 and Im fairly positive you want the person to sign the start certificates to be able to be placed on there.
