I read novel about a man wrongfully convicted that was a true story and placed on the demise penalty. He was given a public defender, because he could not afford it. This counsel was not adequate though did not and one in jail I believe he was given another likelihood to prove his innocence. What is the job title of a person who helps achieve the important proof for these already in prison? On this case there was a staff or them however what is the title. Sorry didnt know the way to phrase this.
